NXB, short for Nem Xuyen Bang, is a brand of Vietnamese sausages made in Los Angeles. These special sausages were made famous by a seaside Vietnamese city, Khanh Hoa. The family of NXB were homesick after immigrating to the United States. Missing the flavors from their home country of Vietnam, they set out to recreate these bold sausages for everyone to enjoy. The redesign is bold, modern, and fun. It reflects the bold flavors and the versatility of these sausages to a younger demographic. Roll them in spring rolls, top it on a salad, or place it in a bun, these sausages are sure to pack a punch and spice up your life.
