A modern sake concept that uses tropical asian flavors to create sake that is new and refreshing. Ukiyo means “floating” in Japanese and describes the process in which real fruit is suspended in high quality unfiltered sake for a few days. This allows subtle fruit flavors to infuse into the milky drink that has an elevated and fresh finish.
